Description
Purpose :To support the Directeur Opérationnel in driving regional performance through structured target setting, commercial analysis, campaign development, and forward-looking planning. This role is instrumental in optimizing sales outcomes, improving channel effectiveness, and enhancing regional execution across channel partners.Key ResponsabilitiesRegion EnablementDevelop and implement a comprehensive regional channel enablement and sales planning.Improve retail channel capability, visibility, and advocacy across the Sales & Distribution network.Ensure successful rollout of company products, commercial activities, and communication plans.Forward Looking Planning & Strategic Forecasting :Anticipate market trends and recommend data-driven commercial strategies.Contribute to strategic business planning and provide actionable insights for quarterly and annual forecasts.Align sales execution in the region with long-term organizational objectives.Target Setting & Performance MonitoringDesign and allocate sales targets (product-wise and geography-wise) for Ooredoo staff and channel partners, based on potential at the zone, commune, and Wilaya levels.Lead the target-setting process across all sales teams and channels in the region.Track performance against targets, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.Campaign & Commercial Initiative DesignPlan and execute regional campaigns and commercial initiatives aligned with market needs.Design revenue-boosting campaigns tailored to underperforming areas or products.Conduct pre- and post-campaign analyses to guide future strategy.Coordinate campaign rollout and enabling teams to achieve their sales and distribution KPIs.Strategic Regional InterfaceServe as the primary liaison for HQ departments such as Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Revenue Assurance.Drive regional project execution (e.g., animations, SUT rollouts, seasonal plans).Plan and lead channel engagement and relationship-building activities.Business Performance & KPI ManagementMonitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue, gross adds, recharges, and distribution efficiency across channelsIdentify operational and commercial gaps and propose improvement plans.Ensure performance insights are translated into actionable strategies at the zone and regional levels. Reporting & Executive PresentationsDevelop dashboards, analytical reports, and performance presentations.Support the Directeur Opérationnel with data and content for executive management forums.Work closely with BI and reporting units to deliver timely and accurate insights.Sales Enablement & VisibilityProvide field sales teams with visibility tools, reports, and performance tracking dashboards.Support retail optimization through territory planning, segmentation, and footprint expansion.Ensure data-driven decision-making support is available at all levels of the sales hierarchy.Identify operational and commercial gaps and propose improvement plans.Ensure performance insights are translated into actionable strategies at the zone and regional levels.Required skills & Qualifications 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial strategy, performance analytics, or sales operations.Background in telecom or FMCG channel sales is an added advantage.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.B2C Sales Expertise.Strong Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.Proficiency in Performance Management & Reporting.
