To strengthen our sales team and support our growth, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager, in charge of the commercial development of our main services.The position is based in Algiers.
• Develop the existing business.
• Acquire new clients to generate new business in the area.
• Managing relationship with clients, partners and mobile operators.
• Follow up on commercial files.
• Develop the customer portfolio of the company (Telephone operator, supplier).
• Identification of opportunities and their achievements.
• Coordinate and mobilize internal resources and suppliers.
• You have a field approach with facilities to communicate as well with operational contacts as sales managers and / or telephone operators (very good contact with telephone operators and / or third party).
• You have at least 5 years in a similar function, ideally in B2B, B2C, VAS ... ..
• M / W, Bac +4 / + 5 training in the commercial or technical-commercial field.
• Strong contacts within the operators (especially Mobilis and Ooredoo)
• Bachelor degree or diploma in related decent field (Management, Marketing, Finance, engineering…)
• Fluent with English and French
• Experience in TelcoM field (optional)
• Result and Solution oriented
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills
• Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
