Mission :

Minimum of bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields
5 years of work experience in the accounting department of companies,
Bank, payment etc. Responsible for company account control processes
+5 years experience in financial management, budgeting, grant management, and reporting, 5 years of work experience in the accounting department of companies,
Draw up financial reports and organize financial procedures, documentation and verification of supporting documents.
Liaise with the Administration and Procurement department, banks and relevant project staff to ensure all expenditures, payments of payrolls and cash disbursements are in line with the organization's financial procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate payments of staff and vendors.
Ensure expenditures with respect to the approved budget.
Ensure that all financial activities and cash flows are in line with legislative and requirements.
Managing the cash management, budgeting, forecasting, troubleshooting, accounting and financial procedures and donor requirements.
Pricing, billing, and payment systems.
Ensure transparent financial procedures when fulfilling objectives of the Companie.
Ensure all financial documents and files are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
Control receipts, invoices and financial documents to justify payments.
Conduct monthly-yearly accountancy closure, advance closing and bank reconciliation.
Provide support, information, advice and guidance to other departments as to financial policies, procedures.
Facilitate preparation of audits.
Preferably fluent in English, French, Arabic
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs, Google Drive and Google spreadsheets
Excellent skills in data analysis, reporting and presentation
Good knowledge of online communications platforms (zoom, teams...)
