Mission :
  •  Drive Customer Management and Key Account Management in the market.
  •  Execute local market operational plan and follow sales strategies for all food categories.
  •  Ensure compliance to prevailing policies.
  •  Maintain agreed and adequate customer data.
  •  Lead cross functional team to drive effective opportunity management to design processing solution and pricing strategy.
  •  Drive implementation of consistent commercial terms and conditions for responsible Customers.


Profil :
For this role, you will need to have:
  • Strong Sales management & Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer focus and customer needs understanding are critical.
  • Food industry knowledge.
  • Result oriented and strong.
  • Fluency in French is Mandatory and Good Written and Oral English.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • 3+ years in Leadership Role and 5+ years in working experience and knowledge of:
  • ;Food Processing Business.
  • ;Sales Management.
