Mission :

He must encourage and motivate the members of his team by providing them with a work environment and equipment conducive to productivity.
He must organize points with the managers of the departments concerned by the current project, ensure that the team remains focused on its objective, test the prototypes, propose improvements, etc.
Ensures that each of the employees involved can work on their own vision of the project.
The Project Leader is a real pillar for his team.
It is he who supervises the work of his collaborators and who makes sure to get the best out of each of them.
Being responsible for the development of a project, the latter works hand in hand with the managers of the departments concerned: R&D, marketing, technical.

Profil :

Ability to handle multiple projects at different phases at a time.
;Providing future SoW calculations to the Business Development team based on Forecast, rates, and a number of days to come up with a base figure to be mentioned in SOW.
;Excellent communication and presentation skills.
;Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
;Resourcefulness
;Conflict resolution experience.
;Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
;Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
;Familiar with analyzing budgets, forecast & actuals, and reporting summary level with drill down when required
;Having experience in developing standardized test plans, test cases, MoM templates, BRD (Business Requirement Document) across projects to make sure there is a standard template for all accounts.
