Anglophone Customer Support

ONLY CVS IN ENGLISH ARE ACCEPTED : ;We are looking for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT , based in Algiers, to join our client's international team.

Mission :
What you will do :

• Support Customers by phone, email, and real-time messaging;
• Customer consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;
• Electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;
• Verification and registration of new customers in the system.

Profil :
What we expect:

• Intrinsic motivation
• Very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic, French and English ( other Languages will be a plus);
• Experience in customer service (an advantage).
