Mission :
  • Responsible for CIC consultants quality and training organization.
  • Monthly quality monitoring and quarterly CIC consultants evaluation.
  • Responsible for KPIs such as service level, resolution rate and others.
  • Handle customers complaints.
  • Collaborating with different departments within the company to support customers.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Use CRM systems to manage customer information and contact.
  • Experience in Customer service management.


Profil :
  • (3) years of experience in the same position.
  • Good communication skills including fluent English.
  • Management and organization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Sense of responsibility.
  • IT Skill (Power point, Excel).
