With a sales office, warehouse, production factory and a rapidly growing team, we aim tofurther strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for managing and executing maintenance tasks of all assets related to Operations and Fire Protection System as delegated by the Maintenance Manager in line with Group Maintenance Guidelines, Procedures, and HSEQ Management System.This position is based in Freha Factory, Algeria, and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Mission :

• Plan and execute the Preventive, Predictive Maintenance of Operations equipment and Fire Protection (Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting) systems in close coordination with relevant user departments.
• Responsible for site Fire Protection Systems maintenance and ensuring that these systems work as intended in an emergency.
• Ensure the maintenance works are executed safely and follow the Group technical requirements, including but not limited to Jotun Operations systems, HSEQ Management System, and Engineering Standards.
• Ensure all the Breakdown notifications, Purchase requirements, Material receival, and all document postings are made on time and updated in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Daily tracking of Breakdowns / Fault reports and maintenance work plans to be prepared and delegated in mutual discussion with the relevant user departments. Ensure all maintained objects, spare parts, and technical documents are tagged, registered, and managed in the system, following the guidelines from Group
• Maintenance and Group Standard and Methods.
• Identify and plan the requirement of Spare Parts for Maintenance activities.
• Ensure Spare parts and consumables are managed and organized following Spare part Management Guidelines.
• Responsible for handling and storing the technical documentation per Group Technical Guidelines.
• Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and follow-up maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality by following the maintenance guidelines.
• Responsible for 5S and supporting the Maintenance Manager in implementing Maintenance Strategies per the guidelines.

Profil :
We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Required 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Proficient in communicating in English Language (Both written and verbal).

• Basic knowledge of Fire Protection codes and standards is preferable. Able to respond swiftly to any issues regarding the Fire Protection systems.
• Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high-quality results.
