The Director of Finance primary responsibility is managing 360 the Finance function, overseeing accounting, planning & control, Treasury & Credit and procurement. The responsibility also includes the management of Tax & Legal activities currently outsourced

Mission :
  • You will have primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.
  • You will ensure regular keeping of accounting records with fully respect of local fiscal obligations as well as of the reporting package under IFRS accounting principles.
  • You will ensure prompt credit management activities, including credit risk analysis,
  • You will support treasury and planning & forecasting activities
  • You will provide finance advice, and performance KPI to the General Manager and first command line under.
  • You will decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks in agreement with GM.
  • You will ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
  • You will perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
  • You will ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
  • You will guarantee the reliability of the company's accounts and the establishment of financial and accounting documents in accordance with the legislation.
  • You will perform the consolidation of financial data and enforce ALGERIAN and international accounting standards (IFRS) implementation.
  • You will develop the budget and the business plan in accordance with the strategic choices of the general management.
  • You will develop company financing plans and validate cash budgets to meet external financing needs.
  • You will manage the Finance department, including the procurement process, in compliance with deadlines and procedures and You will develop and implement processes and procedures for it.
  • You will validate tax choices with experts (tax expert, external auditor, auditor), ensure relations with tax services.
  • You will oversee all procurement and legal (currently outsourced) processes and supervise the settlement of disputes.


Profil :
  • You have 7+ year experience in the role.
  • You have master's degree in Business & Finance Management, business law, finance-accounting, control-accounting-audit.
  • You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • You are meticulous and detail-oriented, capable of handling figures and cash.
  • You are able to analyse and prepare financial statements with local GAAP and IFRS
  • You will grant that financial performance is regularly reviewed, providing insightful analysis versus target and main KPIs.
  • You have deep knowledge in finance, legal, accounting matters.
  • You have knowledge of the main ERP process (preferably SAP).
  • Ability to anticipate the economic and financial consequences of daily activities.
  • You have strong managerial skills and analytical mindset.
  • You have negotiation skills, charisma, and ability to work under pressure.
  • You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team.
