Service Process Officer

Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Service Process Officer

Mission :

• provide hands-on after-sales service support and guidance to the branches and dealers on the established Service Standards (SOPs);
• Planning, organizing and implementation of manufacturer Programs with cooperation with our principals;
• Support branches and dealers to maintain the established service program and institute cost management and kaizen circles (Quality Control Circle)
• Assist the branch and dealer to achieve targeted level of guest delight, process efficiency and profitability, Manage training programs, and coaching branch and dealers staff.

Profil :

• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering ;
• Preferably working knowledge or experience with automotive sector.
