Mission :
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and share best practices.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
Training and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Sales Operations:
  • Monitor and manage sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on the phone industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share.


Profil :
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the region.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
