Mission :

Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations on their applicability and potential impact on digital initiatives.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards, conducting code reviews and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of digital solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Profil :

8+ years of experience in digital solution development, with expertise in software engineering, architecture, and project management.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, architecture patterns, and design methodologies.
Deep understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile development frameworks, cloud computing, and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.
Proven track record of successfully leading digital projects from concept to delivery, with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
