• With a production facility Jotun Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1 production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

• Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator where you'll manage, organize and follow up on Warehouse and logistics activities , ensure efficient and safe warehouse operation in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets.
• This position is located in Freha and will be reporting directly to the Warehouse Executive

• Collaborate with planners, supervisors, and customer service to secure smooth order flow
• Support delivering the right order to Jotun customers on or before the agreed order delivery date to achieve both On Time in Full (OTIF) and Internal Delivery Performance (IDP) targets
• Coordinate with Warehouse Workers for efficient storage and distribution of products.
• Reporting, monitoring, and analysis of the relevant Warehouse/Logistics KPIs
  
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse by coordinating its cleanliness, products standard.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for:

• University degree in any relevant field .
  
• 2-3 years of work experience in related field.
  
• Proficiency in both English and French languages
