With a fast-growing user base and multiple product lines, OneClick is developing the foundation of a full super-app experience for Algeria and emerging markets.We are now strengthening our engineering team with a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer who can drive architecture, development, and technical excellence across our platforms.Role SummaryAs a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building high-performance applications across both frontend and backend systems. You will architect scalable solutions, lead critical projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our fintech platform remains stable, secure, and efficient.This is an on-site position in Setif, Algeria.Responsibilities• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.• Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices for fintech operations.• Build high-quality, responsive, and maintainable frontend interfaces.• Integrate external systems (payment gateways, telecom APIs, partners).• Ensure platform performance, security, and high availability.• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.• Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.• Implement logging, monitoring, and automation to improve observability and reliability.• Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and long-term roadmap development.Qualifications• 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in production environments.• Strong expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.• Solid experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Flutter Web.• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture.• Strong database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.• Experience working on fintech, payments, telecom, or high-traffic systems is a major plus.• Proven ability to mentor developers, lead technical initiatives, and take ownership of complex systems.• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
