Halkorb RH is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a multinational operating in the agri-food industrial sector, an Executive Assistant to the Chairman.Key Responsibilities : Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and high-level appointments with precision. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal and external stakeholders.Screen, prioritize, and manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman. Prepare, review, and format executive reports, presentations, and briefing notes. Organize Board meetings, committees, and governance-related activities. Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and ensure accurate follow-up on decisions and action items. Coordinate all travel arrangements for the Chairman, including flights, accommodation, and logistics. Draft professional communications and official documents on behalf of the Chairman. Maintain structured and secure filing systems for confidential and strategic documentation. Support the preparation of strategic, governance, and corporate reports. Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism. Ensure strict confidentiality on all matters related to the Chairman and Board-level activities. Assist in special assignments and ad hoc projects at executive level. Anticipate the Chairman’s needs and proactively contribute to efficiency and time management.Required Profile : Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or higher in Administration or Legal Studies (desirable).Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in executive assistance, senior administrative support, or a similar role, ideally supporting a Chairman, CEO, or Board-level executive.Excellent proficiency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken). Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.High level of organization, rigor, and attention to detail.Strong ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Ability to react quickly and manage priorities and urgent matters efficiently.
