Required Profile:
Education level: Bac +3, University level
Medical Knowledge is preferable 
Have the ability to learn
Preferably 1 year of experience in communication and Customer Relations 
Advanced level in french language
Advanced level in English
Computer skills highly required
Job Description :
Handle inbound and outbound calls with complete respect to the speech with Business partners to follow*up the cases
Update customer information and status on the system
Assigning prospects data with the team
Handle, Organize, and ending emails to partners according to prospect case, in English or French
Writing professional Emails
Inform and about issues if there is any
Followup tasks with foreign partners
Managing Social Media accounts
Helping in English, French Translation as well when needed.
Job Location: Dar el beida Centre, Alger 
Working Time: 09h - 16h
Payment: Salary + Performance Bonus
