Job Missions :
Who will serve clients over the phone, email and online chat and do outgoing calls to clients.
Required Profile : We expect you to:
have intrinsic motivation
At least 2 years experience serving clients over the phone and (or) email
Possess very good computer skills and type quickly.
Strong knowledge of russian and English..
It's great if you also have:
Knowledge of other languages.french and arabic
