IP Expert

Responsibility Description : 
Work closely with Service engineering/Maintenance to design and Qualify IP network  and services. 
Support successful project delivery and Acceptance acquisition. 
Understand and analyze customer pain points, take the lead in developing complex IP  network assessment and optimization solution, 
Communicate with the various internal engineering and maintenance groups to coordinate  network activities, with a goal of minimizing downtime and providing a quality  experience for the customer. 
Act as a key contributor and provide expert advice to the team and other groups on  technical and operational issues. 
Provide training to customers, subcontractors or service partners. 
Deliver customer presentations, workshops and reports. 
Maintain positive relationships with customer and coworkers. 
Review technical specifications from customer to confirm adequacy, accuracy and  functionality. 
Basic Condition: Education Requirement: 
Bachelor’s Degree or above, in Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication or relevant  major from a recognized University. 
Others (Education Background): 
Requirements for major, academic degree, graduate school 
Work Experience Requirements: 
5+ years

Language Skill : 
English, French
Skill Requirement : 
Minimum score requirements for the standard exam on a particular skill, for example,  scoring at least 60 points in C++ programming basis 
Professional Qualification Grade and Certificates: 
CCNP or above is 
Professional Knowledge : 
Several years of experience in in deploying, swapping and maintaining IP networks. ∙ At least 5 years’ experience in MPLS networks and wide knowledge of Network  Planning & Design principles (IP Routing, IP OSS systems,  
Transmission/Transport :
Expert Level of routing ,switching ,security, network reliability & management  protocols and technologies: i.e. Seamless MPLS (IDEAL), BGP MPLS,L3VPN,  MPLS Traffic Engineering, 
Good understanding of new trends , Segment Routing,SDN, EVPN and E2E  deployment 
Rich experience in designing IP networks including HLD and LLD 
Rich experience in E2E network optimization 
Fully familiar with prevalent telecom industry technologies and networks 2G/3G/4G,  CS, PS, MW, SDH, WDM,etc. 
Handles multi-vendors and multi-technologies and having Juniper or Cisco  experience 
Fluent in English is a must
