Senior Accountant

The Position
As a Senior Accountant in Novo Nordisk, your will be handling the reporting as per Local requirements; and reviewing of the trial balance on monthly basis.
You will maintain accounting registers filing, reconcile and follow up with balance sheet accounts, you will also maintain and balance Accounts by verifying, allocating, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
Additionally, you will support annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors, and perform first sanity check regarding compliances and local rules.
Also, you will be responsible for ensuring implementation of Internal Control Questionnaire, in addition to improve efficiency of the control.
You will ensure local accounting rules applications as per local guidelines and rules updates, ensure contact and correspondence with local Tax authorities, and ensure Back up tasks from other colleagues.
Qualifications
We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:
·         University / Master’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
·         5+ years of experience in a similar position.
·         Established skills in working in a high-volume environment.
·         French and English spoken and written is a must, experience with SAP is preferred
