Le rôle :
Define and execute the digital advertising strategy and ensure the maximum efficiency of the advertising investment through online channels, and Ooredoo website
Les responsabilités :
-          Define Digital strategy and work with agency to define Yearly roadmap for online advertising
-          Prepare E-Communication Dept. budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of the roadmap and the digital communication plan development
-          Develop overall digital communication strategy for the Company in support of its objectives
-          Ensure the digital communication strategy links to the peaks of Marketing team, research and policy work and other Communications peaks
-          Coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising on social media platforms and on Ooredoo Website
-          Take day-to-day ownership of the content and management of the Company’s website and other agreed digital platforms.
-          Work with agency to optimize campaigns, manage daily spends and own creative for digital promotions.
-          Ensure digital content is engaging, topical/up-to-date and relevant and supports the objectives, brand and values of the company.
-          Manage Web content management (UI/UX/Content Management) of ODZ and Choof.ooredoo.dz
-          Establish and maintain systems to report and evaluate the Company's digital platforms and campaigns
-          Support and coordinate with sales/Mkt teams to identify customer needs. 
-          Keep up to date with current digital trends and developments and ensure we remain timely and current in our use of digital media.
-          Contribute to the development of a professional working and learning environment within the organization.
-          Implementation (and continuous updating) of Projects / Com plans and activities on the roadmap
-          Implementation and monitoring of short, medium and long-term objectives and action plans
-          Management, support and evaluation of teams / Business
-          Search, benchmark and continuous management of suppliers / Digital partners
-          Development, validation and implementation of innovative and differentiating value propositions.
-          Ensure compliance with standards (commercial, technical and legal) relating to the Com Plan
-          Ensure qualitative and quantitative component related to Dashboard & KPIs implementation/update, related to the performance of Ooredoo's products and services
Profil recherché
Les qualifications et expériences requises :
-          University Graduate preferably MBA degree
-          Solide experience in Web Technologies
-          Good knowledge of website and social
-          analytics
-          Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Powerpoint and Excel)
-          Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of PAO software,
-          Ability to manage scheduling, segmentation, content and design of e-communications
-          Experience of developing and managing
-          social media campaigns
-          Strong awareness of digital trends
-          University Graduate preferably MBA degree holder with Marketing or Business Administration
-          Solid experience of over 4 years in digital advertising and managing Marketing Agency
-          Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Marketing
