We are a production company located in Algiers and we are recruiting under a permanent contract a
corporate lawyer,
to create our legal department and set up procedures
Main responsibilities of the position
Ensure the proper drafting of manufacturing contracts, trade agreements, and service.
Ensure the approval of accounts and registers
Ensure compliance with internal legislation and regulations in all areas of activity of the company (administration, finance, HR)
Initiate work to monitor and control the proper application of internal procedures.
Manage pre-litigation and litigation files
Ensure support and assistance to general management, heads of departments and employees, by providing legal and regulatory advice.
What is required?
You have a university degree in law.
You have already carried out similar missions and responsibilities for a period of 05 to 06 years.
You have a good knowledge of the rules of the main legal disciplines.
You are able to analyze and to write while respecting the legal rules.
You have a good ability to anticipate risks and litigation.
You have a good command of the three languages Arabic French and English•
You have a good sense of communication and teamwork;
You have personal qualities in terms of rigor, dynamism and proactivity with great availability
