Description:
Have deep wireless technology background , familiar with GSM \UMTS\LTE，Experts in at least one technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; Excellent for PPT. 
Good team management skills with at least 5 years more than 15 people team management experience.
Experience in reporting to the CTO.
In a large-scale HW/E////Nokia swap project, the person who acts as the network optimization manager or TD is preferred
Requirements:
Be responsible for the wireless product optimization work,
Be responsible for KPI, and KPI improvement,
Conduct and provide training for customer and test engineers,
Be responsible for the SSV and cluster acceptance,
Familiar with E/// MW and IP equipment.
Well experienced in Transmission product of ZTE( NR8250,ER2020D&NR9250)
Can support new MW sites  installation, 
alignment
, upgrade and swap.
Familiar with the work configuration of microwave link using NR9000 Series Web LMT.
Cooperate with the rollout team, OPS&ENG Team to handle ZTE MW Site alarms;
Good knowledge of MW Transmission,  English speak and writing must be fluent .
