Job Scope:
Under general direction, holds full accountability for the site operation, cost management, service delivery and front facing services at Workplace.
Provides personal leadership and effective management for a wide range of hard and soft services activities. Innovate & lead initiatives to enhance Employee
Experience & ensuring best in class Workplace services are delivered to employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Hard Servicesfor sites assigned(i.e., Building Management, Asset Management, Renovations, Monthly reporting with analytics to enhance service quality).
Manage Soft Services for sites assigned (i.e., Office amenities, Reception, Catering, Cleaning, Mail & Courier, Office assistants).
 Manage Fleet & Parkingservices delivery (Requests, Contract execution, SOPs, Services enhancement, KPIs, Costing...etc.)
Manage Travel services delivery (Requests, Contract execution, SOPs, Services enhancement, KPIs, Costing...etc.)
 Manage projects for Workplaces E2E delivery (i.e., Renovations, Upgrades, Redesigning, Relocations…etc.)
 Maintains the work environment, practices and training to avoid accidents and hazards and contributes to a safe and healthy work environment.
Enhance Sustainability activities & environment footprint to match Unilever targets within Workplace.
Inspires and behaves with unquestioned integrity and in accordance with Unilever Ethics Policy.
Drive Operational control through Metrics/KPI Management.
Drives continuous improvement and innovation to elevate employees experience & increase employee brand loyalty.
 Provides formal supervision to a large team of external contractors and may also have matrixed relationship with other teams within single functional or operational area. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.
 Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
Experience of managing contracts, writing and operating to processes and procedures.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
 Ensures improvements are achieved and maintained and a proper balance is achieved between responding to employees’ requests and maintaining WTS high standards, elevating employee experience and cost effectiveness.
