Pharmaceutical Site Manager

Main Objective :
The Industrial Site Manager defines the industrial strategy with a view to performance and continuous improvement. He manages his activity in compliance with regulatory constraints, costs, quality and deadlines.
the Site Manager is responsible for the quantity and quality of the Products produced in accordance with deadlines, compliance with defined standards and the guidelines of the General Management
Core Activities :
1-  Defining objectives and strategic deployment
2-  Production site management and organization
3-  Performance monitoring and production optimization
4-  Human Resources Management and HSEQ
5-  Reporting and analysis of results
6-  Managerial activities
Job Requirements:
-   Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Pharmacy/Chemical Engineer or equivalent.
-   Experience in a similar job and more than ten (10) years in the pharmaceutical industry
-   Standards proficiency: MSF / GMP / HSE / ISO certifications
Other Skills
 MS Office Proficiency/ ERP Proficiency (desired)/ Management Fundamentals / Editorial Language Proficiency in  (Arabic, French and English ) / Sense of anticipation / Communication and relationship skills
