Customs Clearance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities:
1. Build regular relationship with customs;
2. Monitor the policies of Algeria importation and make analysis affection to company, involve in the policies discussion with related services.
3. Monitor customs clearance period, identify the key issues and find solutions to solve;
4. Build Customs clearance process and regulations internally for different business scenario;
5. Give customs clearance training to other department regularly;
6. Manage customs clearance suppliers to make sure quick clearance and compliance.
Knowledge and Skills:
1- Knowledge:
1. 5 years and above customs clearance business experience, especially in ICT industry, familiar with Algeria Customs policies, ARPCE and MPTTN regulations;
2. Familiar with HSCODE rules, customs valuation, country of origin rules.
2- Skills:
1. Have good relationship with customs interface relationship.
2. Customer communication skills, related customer relationship building.
3. Have work experience in international company.
4. Have team management experience, especially cross-culture;
5. Good communication skills; open for new challenges.
Experience
Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Supply Chain field as Customs Clearance Specialist and or Manager /TL.
Experienced in the customs rules, regulations.
Experienced in the Algerian market process and new procedures for government and customs clearance mgmt. and chain.
