About the Job
The British School Algiers is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team on a  full-time basis.
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver dynamic and comprehensive English lessons tailored to the needs and  abilities of students.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that cultivates students' language  proficiency and fosters a deep appreciation for English literature and language.
• Monitor and track students' progress in English language acquisition, providing timely  feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging and effective teaching strategies and  resources.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching English to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency  levels, with a strong understanding of effective pedagogical methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and  colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning community.
• Commitment to creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that inspires students to  excel in English language learning and literacy.
