We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products throughout the supply chain process. You will collaborate closely with various teams to implement and maintain high standards of quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures across the supply chain.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers and logistics partners to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
4. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
5. Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on quality assurance best practices.
6. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and quality performance.
7. Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in supply chain quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or supply chain management roles.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with auditing, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
- Certification in quality management or supply chain management is a plus.
