We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team. you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our clients and customers.Mission : Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, or company policies.Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved or feedback has been addressed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve challenges.Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistent service.Profile: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (mandatory).Proficiency in English is a plus.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is preferred.
