Through TECNO Mobile, we continue to expand across dynamic markets by combining innovation, accessibility, and strong commercial performance.Today, we are looking for a Channel Supervisor to join our TECNO team and contribute to the growth and development of our regional sales operations in the west.Your MissionAs a Channel Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across assigned territories, supervising field operations, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners.You will act as a key link between strategy and execution, ensuring strong market coverage, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.What You’ll Be DoingField Force Supervision & Team ManagementSupervise and support the field force team across assigned cities while monitoring KPIs, performance, and execution quality on the ground.Distributor & Channel ManagementDevelop strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, monitor orders and product availability, and ensure proper market distribution.Sales Execution & Brand DevelopmentExecute sales strategies and promotional activities while strengthening TECNO’s visibility and market presence across the region.Market Monitoring & Competitive AnalysisTrack competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior while providing actionable market feedback to management.Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare regular reports on sales performance, field activities, and market conditions while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.What We’re Looking For2 to 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or telecom/FMCG distributionPrevious experience managing field teams is a strong advantageStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with good understanding of sales KPIs and retail operationsDynamic, proactive, and results-driven profileAbility to travel frequently across assigned regionsPersonal vehicle is highly preferredMore Than Just a RoleThis is your opportunity to be at the center of market development, lead field execution, strengthen distribution networks, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-moving global brand.
