Description:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Supervisor to join our team in Oued Elberdi Bouira, Algeria. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality, Security, and Environment management, with a strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and environmental compliance. This role is perfect for a beginner or junior professional ready to take on team leadership responsibilities and contribute to our company’s sustainable growth.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and international standards.Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Lead and coordinate HSE training sessions for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety practices.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes and project planning.Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, audits, and compliance documentation.Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools across the workplace.Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and communication strategies.Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.Requirements:Educational background ranging from Senior Technician, Bac +2, Bachelor's Degree (LMD), Bac +3, Master 1, Bachelor's Degree Bac +4, Master 2, Engineering, Bac +5, or relevant certifications in HSE or related fields.3 to 5 years of proven experience in HSE supervision, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of local Algerian HSE regulations and international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001.Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.Good communication skills in French and Arabic; knowledge of English is an advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Permanent contract offering job stability and career growth opportunities within a reputable company.Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees.Continuous professional development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Supportive work environment fostering teamwork, innovation, and safety culture.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.Access to modern tools and resources to effectively perform your duties.Participation in impactful projects that contribute to environmental sustainability and workplace safety.
