Job Role and responsibilities: 1.Event management: -Network nodes alarms monitoring & handling -Network nodes alarms 1st level troubleshooting2.Incident Management:-Incident Identification, Notification and Status Reporting -Incident Resolution Track & Manage -Incident Functional Escalation Execution -Incident Closing3. 1st Level Assurance Support:-Change Execution Authorization to Start & Change Execution Support -Change Planned End Time Monitoring -Report Data Collection & Preparation -Capacity & Performance Investigation Support -Change Impacted Resources & Services Monitoring -Field Operations Planned Activity Execution Support -Field Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Execution Support4.Access Management:-Logical Access Control for CRE execution & Major/Critical Incidents-Ongoing Logical Access Management5.Learning and Development: -Commitment to continuous development, on-the-job training activities, and owner shipOverall Self Competence Management and Development PlanTechnical Competence :-In depth knowledge of network resources hardware / software and their characteristics for the Mobile Radio Network along with Network architecture -Good knowledge of the network resource topology. -Excellent knowledge of Managed Service / NOC Operations Practices -Good understanding of incident & event management processes.-Good Understanding of Change management Processes.-Create Proper reporting on the activities on the shift" Human Competence -Be able to work independently with minimum supervision. -Be prepared to work on Shift / on-call basis. -Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands. -Able to work as a member of a team. -Open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals. -A through and methodical approach to work. -Must be able to work to tight time scales. -High degree of analytical and investigative abilities. -Able to work pro-actively with others Other: -Good communication skills -Applying Expertise & Technology -Team Work spirit.-Sense of responsibility.-Sense of Engagement. Requirements:-Ability (Typically morning and night shifts in a NOC environment)  Education /Certifications- Master Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/Computer- Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.Experience :-Fresh Graduated or with NOC Front Office experience
