Job Scope: We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing administrative and operational activities in close collaboration with the commercial team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and maintain accurate customer data within the management system. Oversee the back-office team in managing sales administration activities, Ensure smooth communication between the Sales team and other departments. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Finance on portfolio price updates. Ensure all customer requests and inquiries are properly handled. Proactively collect and communicate relevant updates to internal teams. Support high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination. Ensure monthly sales closing activities are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with Production regarding product availability based on the production plan. Calculate and submit the monthly rolling sales forecast to the Production department. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and productivity. Lead back-office operational optimization projects. Job Requirements: Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Commercial Sciences, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, or Back-Office Management). Languages: Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken). Technical & Professional Skills: Strong knowledge of sales administration processes and order-to-cash cycle. Experience in supervising back-office or sales support teams. Proficiency in ERP systems and sales management software. Good understanding of pricing policies and commercial conditions. Ability to coordinate effectively with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production. Strong forecasting and reporting skills. Personal Traits: Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Results-oriented and capable of working autonomously. Team leadership and people management skills.
