Job Title: Logistics SupervisorLocation: Remote (Night Shift 5 pm to 2 am Algiers time)About the Role :We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to support and scale our growing network operations. This role will sit under our Director of Network Operations and be responsible for coordinating installs, managing shipments, and ensuring smooth execution across our national footprint.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in operations, enjoys solving problems in real time, and wants to play a key role in bringing products to life in the field.Key Responsibilities :• Coordinate and schedule installations across multiple markets to ensure timely execution. • Manage shipping and logistics for units going to venues, events, and partners. • Supervise and collaborate with field technicians to guarantee successful installations and maintenance. • Track inventory, shipments, and project status across all active operations. • Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Success, Networks) to align on timelines and priorities. • Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently. • Build and improve scalable processes and systems for operational efficiency. • Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation across logistics workflows.
