We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Data Manager to oversee demo unit management, distributor operations, rebate calculation, and daily data reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to handle large amounts of operational and commercial data with accuracy. Key Responsibilities1. Demo Unit ManagementManage demo unit assets and policies (allocation, inspection, recall, pricing, sales)Oversee demo units for company, employees, and after‑sales/experience storesManage goods‑to‑demo conversions and business device allocation2. National Distributor ManagementManage daily operations of national distributorsHandle order allocation and rebate calculationsPrepare and submit distributor data reports (KPI & target progress)3. Rebate & Incentive CalculationAccurately calculate customer rebates and team incentivesManage IR customer rebates, hidden rebates, and team incentive payoutsDraft, update, and file rebate policies4. Data Statistics & ReportingPrepare daily data reportsTrack team targets and consolidate resultsMaintain systems and provide trainingReport target achievement status5. Regional Commercial SupportProvide data reporting for demo units, rebates, and daily operations  RequirementsBachelor’s degree (in Business, Data, Economics, or related field)More than 3 years of relevant work experienceGood English communication skillsStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
