Description:We are seeking motivated and dynamic Medical Visitors to join our team in multiple locations across Algeria, including Algiers, Constantine, Sétif, Oran, and Annaba. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors, holding a Bachelor's degree (LMD ). Both junior and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply for this fixed-term contract or mission-based position.Responsibilities:Promote and present pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure product awareness and customer satisfaction.Provide accurate and up-to-date information about product features, benefits, and usage.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.Participate in training sessions and stay informed about the latest developments in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Biology , or related fields (LMD ).1 to 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical promotion, or a related role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.Proactive attitude with a passion for the healthcare industry and continuous learning.Fluency in French and Arabic is preferred; knowledge of English is a plus.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.Own a Car.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a reputable company within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.Professional development and training programs to enhance your skills and career growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment across multiple Algerian cities.Flexible contract options including fixed-term contracts (CDD) .
