Quality Engineer main job is to make sure that product and service are delivered to customer accordingto his standard and expectations through inspecting and monitoring, detect defects and developsolutions.Key responsibilities:- Inspecting installations and delivery process- Issue analysis and develop solution- Training awareness to suppliers and project teams- Progress reporting for performance and efficiency- Support Project field work monitoring, ensure the improvement of working conditions and respectfor EHS.- Support in the planning and the execution of quality audits and self-assessments.- Proactively identify, address, and report quality issues, collaborating with stakeholders forresolution.- Work closely with engineering, production, and compliance teams to drive continuousimprovement.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G TDD/FDD ).Good communication and reporting skills,Ability to work in all regionsAdditional:- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance/engineering in the telecom company.- Experience with design and implementation of efficient operational processes for service/resourceperformance and quality management.
