1.      About the jobOoredoo Algeria is looking for a data-driven and highly strategic Digital Growth Expert to own and scale our mobile app presence. You're the architect behind designing, building, and managing the full growth loop, from going viral through conversion and retention.Your mission is to scale our app’s user base with a focus on DTU (Digital Transacting Users).  & MAU (Monthly Active Users). This is a highly collaborative role: you will act as the connective tissue between the Digital, IT, and Marketing teams to coordinate and implement winning Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.2.      Key Responsibilities:1.      Strategic Orchestration & GTM Implementationa.      Cross-Functional Lead: Act as the primary coordinator between Marketing (Execution), IT (Infrastructure), and Digital (Product) to implement unified Go-To-Market strategies.b.      Growth Roadmap: Define the growth loops—from viral triggers, implementation of gamification, optimizing of journey to conversion—and ensure all teams are aligned on the execution timeline.c.       Tech Stack Integration: Work with IT to ensure SDKs (MMP), deep-linking, audience and event tracking are perfectly calibrated for accurate attribution.d.      Work with wider digital team and marketing to ensure the KPIs for digital growth are met and are sustainable.2.      Creative & Performance Direction (Strategic Oversight)a.      Creative Briefing: Coordinate with creative team to build creatives translate product value into short form hooks & necessary creative formats needed for the paid & organic team for app promotion. You provide the "vision" and the "why"; the Creative Team executes the "how."b.      Performance Steering: Analyze paid campaign data (ASA, UAC, Meta, TikTok) and provide the Marketing Team with actionable feedback to optimize budgets and targets.c.       ASO Strategy: Lead the App Store Optimization roadmap, directing the implementation of metadata, screenshots, and keyword adjustments to boost organic conversion.3.      Measurement, Implementation & Reporting:d.      MMP Ownership: Own the end-to-end implementation (work with partner/IT for implementation) and management of the Mobile Measurement Platform (MMP) (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch). Ensure deep linking, deferred deep linking, and SKAN/Privacy Sandbox configurations are optimized for accurate attribution.e.      Unified GA4 Ecosystem: Lead the work internally with IT & partner to setup and maintenance of GA4 for both Web and App (via Firebase).f.        Signal Optimization: Ensure audience data from app/web is correctly passed to ad-tech channels to improve the efficiency of paid marketing.g.       Engagement Tool Management: Manage specialized tools (e.g., Clevertap, Insider, MoEngage). Work with the CVM team to ensure personalized user flows, "streaks," and paywalls are implemented and measured correctly.h.      Internal Data Integration: Partner with IT and Data Engineering to collect and merge data from internal database with external marketing data to create a "Single Source of Truth.i.        Work with wider digital team to measure & build dashboards that can track MAU/DAU/DTU & cohort analysis etcj.        Conduct monthly audit to identify and resolve any data discrepancy between platforms.k.       Growth Forecasting: Use historical growth data to build predictive models for future MAU trends and payback periods.4.      Required Experience:a.      The "Growth" Mindset: 4–5+ years in mobile growth, with a proven track record of scaling a consumer app’s MAU/DTU.b.      Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence and coordinate with IT and Marketing teams without being their direct manager.c.       Data Fluency: Deep experience/understanding with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), Customer engagement tool (clevertap, insiderone, Moengage etc), and Product Analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude), or has worked on one or multiple similar tools.d.      Technical Comfort: You understand how a tracking link works, attribution, MMP, deeplinking, GA4 & integration with adtech channels.  etc
