Description:We are Thrive Doc seeking two dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Blida, Algeirs. The ideal candidates will have between 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, and possess a high school diploma. This permanent contract position is perfect for experienced professionals looking to contribute their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.Conduct telesales activities to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.Assist customers by providing detailed service information, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly.Collaborate with the sales team and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Track sales performance and report regularly to management on progress and market trends.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service knowledge and sales techniques.Support administrative tasks related to sales documentation and customer records management.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or commercial roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in French is a must. and English is preferred.Willingness to work under a permanent contract.Benefits:High & Competitive Comission based on every deal you close.Opportunity to work in a reputable company with a supportive and professional work environment.Chance to gain valuable experience in a diverse and dynamic sales team.Flexible working conditions and offering a job security during the mission period.Access to company resources and tools to help you succeed in your role.
