The Project Operations Specialist provides dual support to the Project Management function by managing small-scale, flow-type projects that require basic project management and direct customer communication, while also acting as a PMO-style resource to strengthen overall team operations. In addition to delivering projects, the role is responsible for monitoring PM KPIs, coordinating PMI dispatching and utilization, supporting the Zone Director of Project Management in driving improvements, and leading selected internal operational initiatives (Ops Mechs) to enhance efficiency and standard work across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage small-scale/flow business projects requiring basic project management.Act as the customer communication focal point for assigned projects.Track and report PM KPIs, highlighting performance gaps and supporting improvement actions.Manage dispatching of PMIs to projects, ensuring balanced utilization and workload visibility.Lead and support internal operations initiatives (Ops Mechs) to improve standard work, reporting, and efficiency.Work with the Zone Director of PM to analyze performance trends and execute improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with GEHC quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements in all activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.Experience in project coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication skills for both customers and internal teams.Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools preferred.Proficiency in both English and French
