I. Job Responsibilities Lead customer engagement and sales activities for Huawei digital solutions within the public sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and institutional partners. Identify and develop business opportunities aligned with national digital transformation priorities. Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, site visits, and value-based discussions to support solution adoption. Collaborate with partners (distributors, dealers, system integrators) to build a strong ecosystem and drive joint opportunities. Monitor market trends, government budgets, and the competitive landscape. Report progress, insights, and risks, and coordinate closely with internal multicultural teams. Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and achievement of order and revenue targets. II. Job Requirements 1. Language Requirements Native-level Arabic and French. Professional proficiency in English. Advantage: Native-level English and/or basic Chinese. 2. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT, Telecommunications, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. 3. Skill Requirements Strong sales and negotiation skills in B2G/B2B environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in multicultural contexts. Solid project management capabilities and CRM proficiency. Strong adaptability to government procedures and long sales cycles. 4. Knowledge Requirements Basic understanding of IT, ICT, AI, and Cloud technologies. Awareness of digital transformation trends, particularly within the public sector. Good knowledge of Algerian market policies, regulations, and public budget frameworks. 5. Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Business Development Manager in ICT or digital solutions. Proven experience in public sector projects (B2G sales strongly preferred). Experience with channel models (constructors, system integrators, distributors, dealers). Exposure to partner ecosystems in Algeria and/or North Africa. Demonstrated success in multicultural working environments. Experience with similar ICT vendors or solutions is an advantage. 6. Other Requirements Willingness to travel occasionally within Algeria and attend overseas trainings or exhibitions when required. High integrity, resilience, and ability to manage extended sales cycles. Strong team spirit with cross-cultural sensitivity. Valid Algerian driving license preferred. Arabic–French–English interpretation skills are a plus.
