Job Summary: The product manager will be responsible of Identifying opportunities to develop product sales by developing a marketing strategy. ▶ Main Duties :● Establish the Brand plan and ensure its proper execution. ● Establish market analysis and identify threats and opportunities ● Ensure new product launches and product portfolio management ● Manage the KOL Portfolio and partners ● Optimal resource management and expenditure monitoring.● Realization of marketing support and training of the Field Force on the campaign ● Compliance with company procedures and values ● Development of tools for monitoring activity and expenses ▶ Requirements :● Certification: University degree in Medicine, veterinary, biology, pharmacy or master in marketing.● Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a pharmaceutical field and 2 year in marketing.● Language: Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic, French, and English. ▶ Technical Knowledge:● Sense of market and environmental analysis ● Ability to forecast sales and expenses. ● Ability to prioritize and optimize time management. ● Ability to manage a KOL portfolio.● Ability to build and maintain good internal and external professional relationships.● Good public speaking skills● Ability to organize and manage meetings and marketing projects. ▶ Behavioral Skills:● Initiative and a sense of creativity● Adaptability and flexibility, Availability● Have a strategic vision and analytical mind. ● Leadership and sense of responsibility ● Ability to make decisions.
