Job Overview : Join our team as a Digital Media Specialist for the Algerian market! We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to manage our brand’s social media and digital advertising campaigns. You will help build a strong digital presence for our brand on platforms like Meta and TikTok, enhancing brand influence and user engagement. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and have strong content creation and analytical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for !Key Responsibilities : Assist in executing the brand’s digital marketing strategy in Algeria, particularly content publishing and advertising on social media platforms like Meta and TikTok. Optimize ad campaigns to maximize their effectiveness. Collaborate with the creative team to produce brand-aligned content, including copy, images, and videos.Regularly track and analyze the performance of social media activities to ensure campaigns achieve the desired results. Provide creative suggestions for social media campaigns to ensure content is fresh and resonates with the audience. Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, ensuring consistent content updates and quality.Required Qualifications : At least 1-2 years of experience in social media or digital media marketing, familiar with the operation and advertising on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Ability to independently create and publish creative content, with a good understanding of ad analytics and optimization on social platforms. Strong data analysis skills, able to optimize marketing activities based on performance metrics. Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to efficiently work with the team. Familiarity with the Algerian market and its social media environment, understanding local audience preferences and behavior.
