Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition SpecialistRole Overview:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the company’s staffing requirements. The role ensures efficient and timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation of the recruitment plan according to business needsSource candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and recruitment agenciesScreen CVs and conduct initial candidate evaluationsConduct HR interviews and prepare candidate assessment reportsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databasesPrepare recruitment reports and status updatesEnsure proper documentation of recruitment filesSupport onboarding activities when requiredEnsure compliance with recruitment procedures and policiesQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionExperience in mass recruitment is an advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Willingness to travel Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of recruitment methods and sourcing techniquesStrong communication skillsGood organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple recruitment processesGood interviewing skillsAbility to work under deadlines
