Join us and become a part of a company as a production Engineer.Roles and Responsibilities :1.     Support Production Operations:o    Ensure all production activities adhere to LG Electronics standards.o    Monitor and optimize production processes to maintain high efficiency and quality.2.     Assist Production Team Leader:o    Collaborate with the production team leader to implement and improve production processes in partner factories.o    Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth operations.3.     Execute Production Plan:o    Implement the production plan effectively, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met.o    Maintain a safe and healthy working environment on the production floor, adhering to all health and safety regulations.4.     Ensure Quality and Efficiency:o    Ensure excellent pacification and production TAC (Total Assembly Cycle) time.o    Continuously monitor and improve production metrics to achieve optimal performance.5.     Establish New Production Lines:o    Support the establishment of new production lines and ensure they meet LG Electronics standards.o    Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies.6.     Training and Development:o    Support the training of production staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.o    Provide ongoing training and development to maintain high levels of competency and performance.Qualifications : - Master / Engineering Degree in relevant field- Experience in Manufacturing filed in a Multinational company- Passion and Ambition
