Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Control Specialist to join our production line team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through on-the-ground quality control measures. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals eager to start their career in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production line.

Identify and document quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations from standards.

Collaborate with production staff to implement corrective actions and improve processes.

Assist in the development and enforcement of quality control procedures and standards.

Participate in root cause analysis to address quality concerns effectively.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics.

Support the quality assurance team during audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic understanding of quality control principles and methodologies is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
