Leading company in the field of dairy and juices industry currently expanding  south of algeria: Drilling Site Engineer Key Responsibilities  Plan, execute, and optimize onshore water-well drilling operations in accordance with designs and safety standards.Monitor drilling parameters (e.g., torque, rate‑of‑penetration, mud properties), identify issues early, and implement real-time corrective actions. Support well-site team for rig logistics, crew coordination, equipment readiness, and contractor oversight.Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and well-design specifications throughout operations. Conduct engineering calculations on-site: hydraulics, casing/tubing tallies, cement volumes, kick and well-control sheets. Generate daily drilling reports, incident logs, performance KPIs, and communicate updates to project managers. Key Requirements:Degree in Drilling Engineering or associated industry related field.Minimum 02 to 05 years of experience in drilling operations (onshore).Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
