Desired profile & Job Knowledge:Engineering Graduate in Telecommunication. Relevant experience in Telecom network operation & maintenance, NOC/GNOC operations experience is a mustGood understanding of CS core technologies used in Telecom network is a mustHigher level Skill/knowledge and operation experience Huawei CS Core Network Elements Network Skill & Knowledge:Operation-maintenance, troubleshooting & configuration of Huawei CS Core Network Nodes like, MSC, HLR, VLR, MSS, HSS, MGWs, GMSCs, STP, DRA, IMSMedia handling, transcoding, call modeling CS, SMS, MMS and need to have knowledge on the MGW's. SPS- Diameter , SS7 message filter/screening based on the message categories in CAP, MAP Diameter protocolsConcepts of all the Call flow, Attach, Detach, Registration (2G, 3G & Volte) etc.Basic IP knowledge to work on layer 2 level.Interfaces in b/w network entities & it's protocolArchitecture of the evolutionsDNS QueriesProduct       MSOFTX3000, SPS, UMG8900, CSC3300, SE2900, ATS9900 and HSS HLR Huawei ProductProcess & Quality:Knowledge and experience of MS Operations Must.Knowledge of various processes used in Network Operations will be added advantageSoft Skills:Microsoft Excel, report generation, trend and analysis is mandatoryAnalytical skills like logical thinking, problem solving & handling assignments are mandatoryFluency in English Language oral and written communication skills are mustResponsibilities:Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC / Customer / LNOC TeamsFault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case of escalated casesNode Health ChecksAnalysis of Network performance issuesImplement network changes as per the CR process                     Support new Network node integrations and AcceptanceEnsure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirementAble to verify and execute the plan provided by planning teamCapacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacityLiaise with 3rd Party Suppliers / Vendors for resolution of the Faults / Problems needing vendor supportValidating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Datacom NodesIdentify root cause of Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Integration configuration (( For example: VOLTE interconnection , Roaming Volte solution support, New TUB vUSN integration with core nodes, SPS version upgrades for ROT project delivery  etc. )Fraud number/IMEI blocking, new APN/Static IP configure, international traffic route policy change.New enterprise SIP interconnect configurations, Network nodes upgrades, Traffic shift and balance.Complaint handling (Customer, CC, Roaming and internal escalations), Network utilization report, STP link load report, Volte users trend report/graphs analysis, Hardware utilization report analysis.CN license application, License update, License capacity monitoring and forecast, Customer interface/communication, Weekly Database backup checking, Handle new requirements from Customer, KPI / Network Quality improvement / optimization.Weekly Operation Plan, Major Operation review / solution /risk / script verification, Rectification/ precaution check and update iSite, Contingency plan, Topology update, Remote access and Contingency Defense & Drilling.Disaster recovery planning & reporting, change operation execution, Spare parts management / update.Support customer to do the network security audit / fix the vulnerabilities, Policy compliance / Adhoc requests.Support Customer to review the solution from Huawei /3rd party/Customer, Support roaming team to launch new operators, new feature deployment.
