The Retail Trainer is responsible for systematically training retail partners and in-store sales staff across the country, sharing product expertise, sales techniques, and brand philosophy.
He/she serves as the "chief trainer", responsible for enhancing sales capabilities in the field and ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards.
Le profil demandé
Education: Preferably a degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field;
Experience: Over 3 years of experience in retail, training, or sales management within the consumer electronics industry (ideally in the mobile phone sector);
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Logical, persuasive, and capable of delivering engaging public training sessions;
Strong professional knowledge: A strong interest in the smartphone industry, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and present them in a clear and accessible way;
Proficiency in training material development: Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the ability to independently create high-quality training materials;
Passion for knowledge sharing: Genuine enthusiasm for training, a collaborative mindset, and strong coaching and motivational skills.
Missions:
Implement the national retail training plan developed by headquarters, ensuring training content aligns with brand strategy.
Adapt and optimize standardized training materials based on regional market characteristics to improve relevance and effectiveness.
Conduct offline and online training for retail staff and supervisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, service processes, and system operations.
Skillfully employ methods such as case-based teaching to create an interactive and efficient classroom atmosphere
