Radar Tour Education, a leading agency in study abroad counseling, is announcing a job opening for  the position of Application Advisor to assist students throughout their journey from admission to  visa issuance and arrival at the university. Main Responsibilities: • Receiving and verifying student applications. • Submitting university admission applications. • Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of student visa application files. • Guiding the student through every step: from university admission to visa processing, housing  booking, and arrival at the university. • Responding to customer inquiries related to procedures. • Welcoming students at the agency’s office and assisting them throughout the entire process. Job Requirements: • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher). • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) – this is a mandatory requirement. • Good knowledge of student visa application procedures and documentation. • Strong organizational, follow-up, and professional communication skills. • Full-time availability to work at the agency’s office. Salary and Incentive System: • Fixed monthly salary: 50,000 DZD • Performance bonus: 5,000 DZD for each visa issued for a customer. • Social security (CNAS): Immediate registration from the first month of employment. Additional Benefits: • Comprehensive internal training at the start of employment. • Professional, stable work environment that encourages growth. • Opportunities for career advancement within the agency based on performance.
