Apply today and join us!Job Responsibilities:Plan and execute the annual recruitment calendar, addressing personnel needs by collecting recruitment requirements. Conduct sourcing activities to identify qualified candidates. Draft job descriptions for new positions and ensure the updating of existing ones. Disseminate recruitment announcements (internal and external) across various channels. Select shortlisted profiles for interviews and conduct interviews. Manage the recruitment process, from selection to onboarding. Develop the training plan: define the training strategy and the allocated budget analyze the necessary skills and gaps to propose targeted training. Manage the budget: oversee training-related expenses.Qualifications: A university degree, preferably in the humanities, social or management sciences At least 03 years' experience in a similar position Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to adapt quickly and a high level of confidentiality Ability to coordinate and work on a number of cross-functional projects Ability to observe, summarize and pass on information. Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
